A major source of injuries in this country are those
experienced by workers. There is often no tort remedy for an
injured worker and the only relief available against the
employer is workers' compensation payments, which are often
inadequate. Our firm does not handle workers' compensation
claims, however, we do refer clients to lawyers who practice in
this field. In some worksite injury cases there are others involved in
the accident who may be responsible for the injury. Construction
site cases are a major aspect of our worksite litigation
practice.
