  • Howard S. Richman was invited to speak to the Washington State Trial Lawyers at their annual It's Not Paris Seminar held in Prague September 25, 26, and 27th 2007. Howard spoke  on Failure to Diagnose Cases in the Emergency Department. The program was co sponsored by the Paris American Institute.
